Arthur de Paula Lopes Almeida
Arthur has a strong track record in complex business law matters, with a focus on corporate law – both in advisory and transactional aspects, as well as in litigation; M&A transactions; drafting and negotiation of complex contracts; arbitration and litigation in corporate disputes – with a special emphasis on disputes involving M&A transactions; and the implementation of corporate governance structures.
His professional experience includes working at some of the largest law firms in the country, and actively participating in high-profile M&A transactions, arbitration proceedings and corporate disputes.
Arthur is the author of several articles and chapters focused on corporate law and corporate litigation. Arthur is also the author of the book “Irregularities in legal capital increase operations in corporations: perspectives of Courts and CVM”, published by the prestigious Editora Quartier Latin.
