He has over 15 years of experience advising clients in M&A and Private Equity transactions, both in structuring and negotiating national and international transactions in several sectors of the economy, especially in the areas of agribusiness, energy, health and services. Daniel has also a strong role in advising large corporate groups on corporate reorganizations, succession planning and debt issuance and restructuring.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in business law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV / SP). Prior joining Candido Martins, he worked at a renowned law firm in Brazil, having extensive experience and deep and comprehensive technical knowledge, always focused on attending the specific needs of clients.
